Cached Exchange Mode not listed in 'File' menu

Hi. We have a workstation where the user is configured to use Cached
Exchange on Windows XP and Office 2003 with Exchange 2000. Although Cached
Exchange is enabled, there is no Cached Exchange Mode menu listed in the
File Menu. What we are subsequently finding is that all email is cached
irrelevant of connection type and we are unable to adjust whether full
emails or only headers are downloaded.

Can anyone suggest what would be causing this ?
 
I know that menu option goes missing when running against a 5.5 server. Not
sure if it is the same against 2000.
 
Hi Neo. I thought that may be the case, I'll try and look into it. If
thats the case am I right in thinking there are no other ways to configure
Cached Exchange options ?
