Hi. We have a workstation where the user is configured to use Cached
Exchange on Windows XP and Office 2003 with Exchange 2000. Although Cached
Exchange is enabled, there is no Cached Exchange Mode menu listed in the
File Menu. What we are subsequently finding is that all email is cached
irrelevant of connection type and we are unable to adjust whether full
emails or only headers are downloaded.
Can anyone suggest what would be causing this ?
