Wheres the setting to force IE to not pull a page from the cache.I want
it to load the current one,not an old one from the cache.
IE 6
Win 2000
 
Tools>Internet Options>General Tab>Temporary Internet Files>Settings. Change
it to Every visit to the page.

If I remember correctly, you can also do this manually by
going to the page and clicking refresh while holding down
CTRL.
 
Yup, another way is to hold CTRL and press F5.

I recommend keeping IE's setting though on Automatically,
and force refresh only whenever you think you might need
it.
