I understand how to create a cab installation file and .inf format

What I am trying to do is actually view the contents of a cab file while on
the pocketpc and where no
compression is being used (for now) extract the contents.

I do think that is wonderful that the a commonly used format on the pocket
pc like this has no supporting API
on the device itself. and yet we know that other applications make use of it
