cab download problem

Hi,

I have some Newbie questions to ask:

I have compiled a CAB file, and upload to a web server,
then I use PPC 2002 emulator and then open Pocket IE,
after I enter the url of the CAB file and press Enter,
Pocket IE doesn't allow me to download the file, instead it showed the
content of the CAB.
I also tried on PPC 2003 emulator, but no difference. Any ideas?

Another problem,
I have compiled a dll file, and upload to a web server,
this time when I open the url in Pocket IE, it allows me to download,
the problem is, I can't choose the download directory other than "Business",
"Personal", and "Templates".
After I download the dll file to, say "Personal",
then I use File Explorer to navigate to "Personal", and see that there is NO
dll file there.
Then I use Pocket IE to try to download the dll file again, but it says the
dll file is already there, and ask me do I want to replace it. So I am sure
the dll file is there, but I can't see it... any ideas?

Thanks much!

On the web server make sure that the MIME type set for CAB files it to
application/x-msdownload. How to do this depends on the web server and
optionally on the code used to serve the file (if any)

PocketPC directory chooser dialog does not support anything other than My
Documents subtree

PPC File Explorer does not show many file types including .dll. Same as
Window XP unless you check the box Show Hidden Files and Folders

Go to your personal folder, Tap and hold on the PPC File Explorer and
click on View All Files to see the dll that you have downloaded.
