CA E-trust V 6.0.123 any download problems?

Hi is anyone else having problems lately with the auto downloading
of virus updates with the program above? I have tried their help page
but still waiting for a reply.
Would appreciate any comments.

It sounds like this other gentleman may have been using the Innoculat
version. I'm using EZAV v6.2.1.1/Engine 11.5.0.0 update 8509 (as of
08-10-04).
