CA: Can't download certificate

The certificate we've created for OWA has expired. I've attempted to create
a new certificate, but when I go through the steps in KB299525, I get to the
point where I can download the certificate. I select "DER encoded" and click
the "Download CA Certificate" link and I get "Page cannot be found".

When I go into the CA MMC Console, the new certificate is listed under
Issued Certificates.

Any ideas on what the problem is?
 
Figured it out. URLScan was denying the .cer extension. Should have checked
the logs first!!
