done system restore cause of the fact your system was
slowing down!and you probably had just scanned your
system 4 virus inf and a virus was detected!YES!
You then probably deleted all files that was in the
Quarantine file,ONE OF THEM WHERE!!
**c:windows\system32**FILE so you probably have to reload
XP pro from disc and simply choose the Upgrade not new
installation,There are quicker ways ,this is best
