C:/Windows/System32 folder opens at boot up

I've seen this issue posted many times. I ran the fix from the XP
Tweaks page(item 260) and it tells me that it cannot do the repair
because it can not find the expected registry key. So no luck with the
fix. As far as the Microsoft article about the null or incomplete
entries in HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run,
I found one entry with no path specified and I deleted it but there
remains the system32 folder openind every boot. Anyone have any
further suggestions? Thanks.

I, too, am having the identical problem with essentially
the same results with the tweaks and no apparent registry
problems that I see. I'm beginning to pull my hair out,
and I don't have a lot there to lose.
