C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe

Every time I startup the comp a window for C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe pops
up. After a minute or 2 the word ok will appear in the window and then the
window disappears. My question is, how do I keep this window from popping up
in the 1st place? I had never seen it before service pack 2 but who knows,
maybe the timing is coincidental. Thanks for the replies.

After running SpyBot and Ad-Aware it would appear there was a piece of
spyware causing the problem. Problem solved.
