C:\ promp problem

Although I am not aware of doing so I seem to have removed my ability to enter any commands at the c:\ promp. When I click start then all programs, accessories, then open the c:\ prompt, I get the message "the command prompt has been disabled by your administrator" I wondered if anyone knows how I re enable the command prompt as I am the administrator

Also, update your antivirus software and rescan your system. You may also want to check out programs like AdAware or Spybot Search and Destroy.
