C# OwnerDraw StatusBar Tooltips

I am creating a owner draw control derived from StatusBar. I have images
and text being drawn for each panel, but how can I draw a Tooltip on the
screen in OnMouseHover? The basic StatusBar control does this and I would
also like to provide a way for my owner draw StatusBar control to display
tooltips too.
