C Drive space

I would love to know if there is any way to "find and replace" duplicated
files on my c drive. I regulary defrag, do a disk cleanup etc but i know
there are files duplicated in various folders. I am mainly concerned with
images (jpeg etc) and music (mp3 etc) does anyone know how i can do this?

A Google search shows these:

but you may have to be careful deleting certain duplicate files, dependent
on which folder they are in and/or whether they are Windows files.
