I have XP SP2 and am trying to load OED CD v2 (Oxford English Dictionary)
which uses C-Dilla licensing. I have downloaded the latest update 3-28-000
but get an error messgae "The Win16 Subsystem was unable to enter Protected
Mode, DOSX.EXE must be in your AUTOEXEC.NT and present in your PATH." I can
edit PATH in System 32 but how do I find Win16 Subsystem? Michael

Really want to load this with C-Dilla? TurboTax got soundly spanked a
few years ago when it issued a version of TurboTax with C-Dilla that
did a few funny things to the hardware. Do a Google search and do some
reading.
