c.d copying and USB drive

Hi. I have intalled a audio c.d copier yet i can't get it to work and
also i have a USB drive which my compter does not appear to recognise.
It's not even listed under the control pannel!!!! I've got windows Me.
Please help me someone

There are some microsoft.public.windowsme.??? newsgroups, but most are just
spam collections now with few recent posts.
You haven't really given enough information, but you might have driver
problems. I suggest you contact the maker of your CD device and the maker
of your USB drive for help.

If you had Windows XP you would be at home now.
