C# Command Line Compiler Problem

Once a day for the past 3 weeks I receive an error message: Visual C# Command
Line Compiler has encountered a problem and needs to close. The only way to
clear the problem is to restart the computer. Not a problem - but it's
getting annoying. I'm running WinXP Pro - SP2. Any thoughts
