C# and Pocket PC

I have purchased C# Standard and it includes Visual Studio 2003. But it
does not seem to include Smart Device (Pocket PC) as a project template. Is
it possible to I upgrade my C# product so I can develop C# applications for
Pocket PC?

Thanks but I remain confused. I have read elsewhere that only VS.NET
Professional edition 2003 includes support for smart devices, but I only
have the single language (C#) version of VS.NET 2003. The link Pocket PC
2003 SDK is a large download - will it really extend my current restricted
VS.NET 2003 so that it will then include the extra project templates for
smart devices?
