The two rarely go together. You certainly cannot use C# inside Access to
write code (unless you write managed add-ins for Access, which, I guess, is
not of your interest). So, go buy at least two books, one for C# and one for
Access.
If you want to know is developing app that access data saved in *.mdb file,
then you do not need to know/use Access, unless you use Access as tool to
design JET database in a GUI way. Again, no one book covers both, you need
to buy at least two.
