It's the same thing here - the differences in Vista versions has been
available for many months, and hardware specs were included. So the buyer
should have looked at the hardware, looked at the software, and decided if
the two would play well together.

Probably no actual buyers involved in the first place. Would not
suprise me if it wasn't just a bunch of greedy lawyers trying to get
some money out of MS.
 
This is what they stated not I. Microsoft does not play fair or didn't you
already know that. They have more law suits against them than you can shake
a stick at.
