Buttons - replicating

I am using buttons on my index page as drivers for all the other pages. I am
them using the main page as a template for other pages, so that the same
buttons appear at the top of every page. But every time I replicate the page,
the buttons become new versions of themselves. I have 10 buttons for each
page and MANY pages so am getting jammed with all these jpgs. I know this is
the wrong way to do things - any ideas?

'Save AS' the page that you like and try using that as your 'template'.
