Button to select singatures?

Hello,

I'm running Office 2003. If I have several signatures to choose from, is
there a way to just click on a button on the toolbar to add as specific
signature?

The Signature button on the Standard toolbar seems to work for me, when
using the Otlook editor and a right-click on the default signature when
using Word also works well.

Thanks, I'm using word as my default e-mail editor. When I reply once in a
while I want to have a signature but but not alwasy so by default I don't
have a signature on a reply. Can you tell me where the signature button
is? I don't see it.

As I already said, when you're NOT using Word as the editor, there is a
signature button, but when you are, you must specify a default signature and
then right-click on it to change signatures. You can also use AutoText if
you desire.

Thanks - I was trying to find out if there was a way with word, but I
appreciate the info. I created a button for insert autotext - I was trying
to figure a way to go the extra distance and get to signature directly.

Alternative to AutoText: Create multiple signatures the normal way (Tools | Options | Mail Format) and make one the default. If you want to use a different signature for the current message, right-click the signature that Outlook inserted automatically. From the pop-up menu, select either the name of the signature you want to use or E-mail Signature to create a new one. I personally prefer this technique. This is also the technique you need to use if you want Outlook 2003 to automatically change your signature when you switch accounts on an unsent message.
