Button design

Is there a way to make a button transperent, so only the the text and the
border will show.
I wnat to give it a link look.

Tom,
A Text control has all the events needed to "emulate" a button, and with more control
over the "appearance" aspects.
On click would cause the border to depress, and after the code runs, the border can be
raised again.

You can make buttons out of textboxes, labels, box controls see:

Regular command buttons also have a Transparent property.

You can also use a label or textbox with a hyperlink.
