Business Contact Manager

Main Identity

When installing Business Contact Manager the install wizard starts, however
when clicking on install it comes back with a message " failed to configure
server". Please check your setup error log and server error log for more
info.

A) I cannot find these error logs. How can I find these?
B) It might be related to my setup, however I only have 2 home computers
connected on a LAN thru a Hub and nothing else.
My e-mail, news, internet, LAN connections work fine.
B) What if the server settings need changing, how would you do that?

Thanks for your research and assistance.

I run Microsoft XP professional and Office 2003. (OEM version - computer
was bought about 3 weeks ago and I can't seem to get a solution / answer
from them)

Thanks Frank

BCM is so new that we don't have a lot of troubleshooting history so far. Therefore, if you get errors during setup, you may want initiate a support incident with Microsoft at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-us;incidentsubmit.You will need a .Net Passport, but there should be no charge for filing the request.
