Business Contact Manager shuts down explorer

I'm running xp small business 2003. When I open Outlook I'm getting a
"Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem..." popup and Outlook
locks up. I ran a manual Macafee scan that came up empty and system restore
did nothing. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.
 
Thanks for your reply. There's never been a conflict with McAfee before.
Despite it's mewling protests I shut it all down anyway. No change. What
can I do next? Would reinstalling Business Contact Manager be helpful?
