business contact manager problem

i try to install the business contact manager and its apeear an error:

Business contact manager for outlook 2003 was not installed

The wizar was interrupted before business contact manager for
outlook2003 could be complety installed.

any idea??

Did any errors appear? BCM is so new that we don't have a lot of troubleshooting history so far. Therefore, if you get errors during setup or if BCM does not load when Outlook starts, you may want initiate a support incident with Microsoft at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-us;incidentsubmit.You will need a .Net Passport, but there should be no charge for filing the request.

I also received the error message that the wizard was interrupted. Spoke with Microsoft today and they're telling me to reinstall XP and that it might work. However, they couldn't answer me if I reinstalled XP would I lose all of my programs and settings which I do not wish to do. Support is going to check with XP personnel and see what will happen. No other programs have a problem installing so I am very hesitant to try this method. If you hear anything else, please post.
