Business Contact Manager installation with Office 2003 Professional for Enterprises

I have installed the release version of Office 2003 and I can't find
Business Contact Manager (BCM) anywhere? Do I have to have ACT or some
other program installed? I have a fresh XP Pro laptop and I would like to
not include another app. Any ideas?

Our sales group is looking for a affordable CRM solution and thinking
upgrading to the latest Office might do the trick.

BCM hasn't been made available on MSDN yet. Look for it on October 1st on
MSDN and then in retail copies of Office 2003 (Professional, Small Business
and Enterprise).
