Business Contact Manager Feature in MS Outlook

Do we have the feature of sharing MS Outlook Business Contact Manager 2003 on
WAN. We can do it on LAN but do we have an option to share the business
contact manager in MS Outlook 2003 on WAN? Any resolutions or whitepapers
supporting it would be greatly appreciated.
 
You might get a more detailed answer in the microsoft.public.outlook.bcm group, but my understanding is that the sharing requires the remote user to have a login that can access the sharing user's computer, which would seem to rule out most WAN environments.
