business contact manager defaults

In outlook, how can the "Contacts" button on the Navigation Pane default to
Business Contact Manager instead of the standard MS Office "Contacts"?

Here you go:

Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options

From here you can select whatever folder you'd like to start in, including
accounts.
