Business Contact Manager Custom Form Error

I consistently have a problem with the form used for my business contacts. At times I will boot up and when I try to open a business conatct I get a messge that says "The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form instead. The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator." Then when I click ok, anohter error messgae appears that says "Array index out of bounds." When I click ok then the contact opens up,, but in the standard outlook form, not the business contact form. In the past I have had to reload the software in order to get my business contacts to open properly. It will run fine for a couple of weeks and then I get the message again. If anyone can help please let me know. I am getting completely frustrated and am ready to conver to another contact manager.

Go to the Microsoft web site to access the Knowledgebase.
Article 836558 will show you to to address your issue. It
does work.

Also, if you are using BCM AND have a hand held organizer
that you sync with your PC I would recommend that you let
Outlook and BCM fully load BEFORE you plug in your
handheld. If I plug in my Ipaq before Outlook loads I get
BCM issues every time. If I wait until after it loads
things are okay.
