Business Contact Manager-Business Contacts not hotsyncing with Palm.

I have just started using Business Contact Manager, but
can't seem to get my contacts into my Palm Zire 72.

I tried copying my business contacts into the Contact
folder, but I am denied this.

Can anyone unlock the secret for me?
 
Need to have Chaupra sync program. I think that it is
called Pocket Professional. The latest has conduits for
the Palm line. Works well.
