burning PowerPoint presentation w/video to a CD-ROM

Celeste

Hello,

I am looking to distribute PowerPoint presentations with embedded
videos to clients on CD-ROM for presentation use. Is there a way to
place the PowerPoint files and video clips in the same folder so that
the client can just drag the folder onto their desktop and maintain the
relative links between the presentation and the video files? If so,
what is the easiest way to do this?

Thanks!

You can't embed video in PPT files but if you first put the videos in the same
folder as the PPT and only then insert them, the links should stay good, so
long as the PPT and video files stay in the same folder.

Whether the still-good links actually *work* is subject to a lot of other
questions. See this for the whole <marvin_voice>depressing tale</marvin_voice>

Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or email
a presentation
