I assume you mean "printed" rather than "developed". Digital pictures
don't need to be developed.
XP has a built-in CD-burning program. Just pop a CD-R into the drive
and open the CD drive using Windows Explorer, if it doesn't
automatically pop-up when you load a blank CD-R into it. Now drag the
picture files you want to burn to the CD drive. When you've got them
all there, look for the menu item that causes them to be written to
the disk. (I don't have a system with a CD-R drive in front me, so I
can't tell you exactly what to look for. But it's not hard to find.)
When the process finishes, the drive will probably open, and you can
remove the disk and take it to your photo printer.
