There's no such word, but as the use of sms text in a newsgroup forum is not
only extremely irritating, but loses the user the ability to spell, it is
anyone's guess what the word is supposed to be - try Google.

But how could she find it in a dictionary when she has no idea how to
spell it?
Well electronic dictionaries tend to present 'correct' alternatives when you
make spelling errors nowadays. So does Google. For "buriguard", it suggest
"bullguard". This is probably not what the OP was looking for, but still.
Well - and I can't speak for anyone but myself - the point is that there are
too many people who consistently rely on others to do their work for them -
no matter how little the effort involved. All of us are willing to help
someone in a jam or over their heads... that's why we're here.
