OK, in Word 2000, type Capabilities on the left margin.Press tab,and then go up on the toolbar and hit the bullets icon. It places the bullet to the left of capabilities, not over on the right where the text is to follow. I've tried this multiple times. How can I follow your directions and still get it wrong? I do appreciate your help and I'm determined to get this right. Thanks again.

I have worked with word for some time and as far as I know the bullet will always place itself to the left of text. There are some things you can do to make it look different or you can set your page up differently.
1. Use a text box and bullet each one
2. Set you document up with columns
3. You can insert symbols as a charcter with in your text.

Type Capabilities. Press Enter. Go to the INSERT menu, select SYMBOL, then
select your bullet character. Then tab, then type the first capability.
