Bullet points in Outlook

Hi All
Just wondering if anyone is able to help with this

In Outlook - when I try to use a bullet point, I get a
blue diamond - I want it to default to normal black dot.
In my Tools, Options, Mail Format table, I has Microsoft
Rich Text format and Word as my e-mail editor.
When using Microsoft Word not through email, I gets the
right format of bullets straight away.

Any help would be much appreciated

What version of Word/Outlook are you using? You may need to edit the
email.dot file if you're using an older version of Word (2000 or earlier, I
believe -- later versions just use normal.dot for e-mail as well as Word
docs).
