Bulk Insert: HELP

Hi

I am using the Application Blocks to extract and insert data into an Oracle
database. Can someone tell me how I can bulk insert records into the
database? There are multiple tables that have over a million records and
inserting the data takes forever.

Please advise

Why not use the tool supplied by oracle to do that kind of stuff ? I've
worked with this oracle-tool about 5 years ago and can't remember its name
but I'm sure you can figure that out on your own.
