What is the difference ?
What should be used where ?

Thanks

Builtin Users are a builtin group which means the SID has no domain affinity. It
should only be applied to resources that exist on domain controllers (excluding
AD). Domain Users is a domain group and does have domain affinity so can be used
on any resource.
