I am building a PC from scratch.
Will be installing Vista Ultimate.
What should I look out for?
The PC has a SATA DVD, SATA HD.
Will this allow me to boot from the DVD and install?
I have a wireless keyboard and mouse, but expect I will have to use a
hardwire pair for initial setup.
Is this true?
What other gotchas are there?
Is there any websites that provide me an installation procedure?
Thank you.

Hi Lorin,

As long as the sata controller is natively supported, you should be able to
boot the DVD to start setup. Otherwise, you may need a Vista compatible one
from the motherboard manufacturer. I had no problem using a wireless
keyboard and mouse for install. What you want to watch for are USB ones, as
the BIOS must support them.
