Dear poster,

Your built-in Administrator account is disabled and you do not have another
to use to reverse the process.

This is unfortunate and usually unrecoverable. There may be a workaround.
You might try performing an in-place upgrade of your Windows XP install.
Setup will leave most or all of your settings for installed applications
intact and just *might* re-enable the built-in Admin account. I have not
tested this and it may not work - but trying this would be preferable to
try it before considering a format and reinstall.

poster only needs to use a safe mode boot in order to
log in with the "disabled" built-in admin account.

During boot press F8 in order to do a Safe Mode boot.
You should then be able to log in with the built-in Administrator
account (or under whatever name you may have renamed it to).
Then, use the normal user management tools to reestablish
your other account as an admin.

Now, the real issue is determining why/how your account was
changed to a Guest. ! ! !
