Building sub-bullets one at a time

How do I have sub-bullets build one at a time just like the highest level
bullets and not the sub bullets display all at once when the major bullet is
displayed?

This can be done through the properties of the animation.

Menu "Slide show" ---> "Custom animation" The "Custom animation" pane
appears on the right side of the PPT window.

Select the object on the slide that you want to "animate".

In the "Custom animation" pane, open the "Add effect" menu and choose an
effect, for instance "Fly in". You can then set the properties of the
animation. In the case of "Fly in", choose "Start" (On click, With previous,
After previous), "Direction" (Bottom by default) and "Speed" (Very fast by
default)

The effect of the object has also a menu by which you can further specify
other properties. Clicking on the arrow (at the right of the effect in the
"Custom animation" pane), you can choose "Effect options", "Timing"... If
you click on "Effect options", you get a dialog box with 3 folder :
"Effect", "Timing", "Text animation". In "Text Animation" you can choose the
level of paragraph by which to animate : "1st level", "2nd level", etc.
