Building Block.dotx: can I copy from one CPU to update another?

I have two desktops and 3 laptops that I work with. With Office 2003, I could
copy the most updated version of normal.dot to all of the others. With Office
2007 can I copy normal.dotm and Building Blocks.dotx from one computer to
another
