Building a Windows XP SP2 (with fixes) installation Disc?

I'm just wondering if it is possible to create a Windows XP SP2 disk (with
all the fixins) in case the computer should crash. I take care of (now) 3
computer with Windows XP Home edition installed and every time I have to
"re-burn" the computer, I have redownload all of the updates (again). Is
there a way that I can create an installation disc for Windows XP so that I
don't have to do this? I hope this is not an often recurrence, but it would
sure make things easier if it does occur. Does this violate Microsoft's
copyright laws? It would be a personal copy. Also, I'd like to migrate to
Windows XP Pro at home to use a PDC (to keep from having to re-sync my home
accounts every time a new name is added). A PDC would help me do that. I
was unaware when I bought WinXP Home that it didn't support logging into a
domain server. Win98 and it's predecessors allowed me to do this (as a home
user). What is the cheapest way that I, a poor home user and not a rich
corporation, could migrate to WinXP Pro without breaking the bank?

Thanks,
Brian
