I am considering a P4T for a 5 user server. Does anyone know if it
will support a 3Ghz P4? The P4T has been very stable in my
experience. Any advice on a cheap and stable mobo is welcome.

If you look at this page:

the P4T isn't listed. There is a P4T-E, but that is a different
design. If you look at the downloadable PDF manuals, the P4T manual
talks about Socket 423 and 400MHz FSB processors. The P4T-E talks
about Socket 478 and 400MHz FSB processors.
To find out about other options, try searching groups.google.com.
Since the RDRAM has some multiplier options, it may be possible
to use other combinations of CPU FSB and RDRAM, but you will
be relying on the results of end user experiments. If you like
RDRAM boards, perhaps the P4T533 boards might be a little more
modern. As long as you get a recent revision, they should work
fine (some early ones had Vcore problems).
To do a "reverse search", try selecting a particular Socket478
CPU on the cpusupport page, and it will give you a list of
candidate boards that officially accept that processor.
