Build in WYSIWYG HTML editor

Is it true that there is some kind of "build in" HTML
editor available in the Internet Explorer? I've heard
rumours about a dll file called "shddhcm.dll" (or similar)
that is shipped with the IE.

It seems that the name is not exactely correct because I
found no further information around.

If it is true - where can i find further information?

Hi,

Yes, there are HTML editors built around or using parts of IE (shocdw.dll)
But the question is: what exactly are you looking for? Do you wnat to build
your own?
