Build Error -- Generate Application Manifest

I am getting the following error on a build operation. I cannot find where
the issues is coming from.

Error 103 The "GenerateApplicationManifest" task failed unexpectedly.
System.IO.PathTooLongException: The specified path, file name, or both are
too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and
the directory name must be less than 248 characters.
