Hi. Anyone heard of BugSolver.exe ??
When I hit CTL-ALT-Delete, my TaskManager said it was using 50% (yes,
50%) of my CPU.
Thanks!

i can almost asure you that it is a virus or spyware. make sure you have
update software and do a scan for both.

A good trick is to firstly search your drive to determine
where the file is located. The directory may give a clue.

If the directory does not help then right-click the file
and display the properties. The Version tab should provide
some useful info.

I searched for bugsolver.exe the other night on Google and came up with
nothing. If you search for just bugsolver, you'll get some hits that include
mention of a few different programs that go by that name. May want to
check those out.

Also, check the properties of the file that's on your computer. Its
location and its version info may give you more clues about how this file
arrived on your hard drive and from where. If having trouble finding the
file, set Search options to look in hidden and system folders. Or change
Folder Options> View to show everything and then search.

When checking out questionable files on my system, I've also searched by
date (created or modified) to track down other files that were installed on
the same day. Sometimes the results at least tell me what program(s)
introduced the "mystery" file to the system.
