BUG - Title with "has allowed" and text with "has blocked"

Sometimes I see a pop-up from MSAS and in the title there's written: "an
application change has been *allowed*" and under in the body description
there's written:"MSAS has *blocked*.
This is a very huge bug!

By any chance did this come about while updating Spybot?? If so, I have had
that happen and it is a known issue.. as seen here:

Good call. Even if this is not that precise bug, it is a similar one.

I agree with Franz that this is a significant bug. I'm certain that such
bugs won't carry through to the beta2 product, however.

No, it's not the same. It's related to shdocvw.dll pop-up message

I get the same 'shdocvw.dll' error, but it ONLY occurs when logging onto a
user account, not the administrator account. MS AntiSpyWare may have some
issues with system privileges, just like WindowsUpdate.
