BUG: Outlook 2007 Header Encoding

Hi!

I've not found anything on Connect to report bugs for Outlook, so I am
posting here:

If you use special chars in your Real Name (eMail Account) like the German
'äöüß' an do not use special chars in the Message Body, the 'From:' Header
Field is encoded using canonical/quoted-printable encoding with us-ascii
charset.

But if you use special chars in the message body, too, the encoding is
working as expected.

Need 4 hours to narrow this down :( - if possible, plz fix in the next
service pack.

You do realize that posting here does not constitute communicating with
