Bug in Windows XP pwertoys, virtual desktop manager

I'd like to report a bug in Virtual Desktop Manager (part of Windows XP
powertoys)
If anyone knows a better place to report a bug than on this discussion,
please let me know.

The bug is this:
If I have browsers in 2 desktops (say 1 and 2) and click on a link that
opens in a new window (target="new_window") in a browser in desktop 1, then
the browser in desktop 2 will be gone when I return to desktop 2.
This occurs when "shared desktop" setting is off. (not sure otherwise)
Also, taskbar elements get rearranged after changing windows focus and then
changing and returning to a desktop (not sure if this is by design, but seems
like strange behavior)

Again, If this is not the right venue for this post, I apologize, and please
let me know how to contact the appropriate parties.

Powertoys are not supported by MS, as you should know by reading the page
before you downloaded them. Therefore, you can't report bugs.
