Bug in my Browser

I am no longer able to log to the www.msn.com site. When
I try, an alert (??) message stating: WARRNING!! (with
the 2 R's) You are being watch! appears. It is some kind
of ad for a software sponsored by www.privacyoutpost.com.
I ran a SEARCH in My Computer and find one entrance for
WARRNING!!. Then, proceed to erased it, but the ad is
still showing up when I try to reach MSN.com.

Can anybody help me to get rid of this pest? I will
appreciate it, very much.
