Bug in Microsoft Access

After installing SP2 ( I don't know if this error also appears without it),
when I create database (or use old one) and create new userform (not regular
form)in it, and close database and then reopen it, I get error message The
Visual basic for Applications project in database is corrupt.

It seems that database is unusable after that.

Any solutions?

I had a problem with using the Switchboard after installing SP2. Don't know
if this is related. The solution to that was to uninstall SP2, and then
reinstall SP2. This had the effect of upgrading certain files that Access
depends on, that somehow do not get upgraded the first time you install SP2.
Seemed like a particular stupid way to fix a problem, but it did solve the
Switchboard problem. Seems that there are some files installed by SP2 that
are required before other files can be updated. Those files can't be updated
until after SP2 is installed, but they are updated by an SP2 installation.
Are you following this . . . ? So you have to uninstall SP2 (which doesn't
uninstall those particular files), and then reinstall, in order to do a full
installation.

With luck, someone else will have a fix for this, that doesn't involve
uninstalling/reinstalling SP2 (which I don't even know will work for your
problem).

I usually don't mind Microsoft, but this one was pretty far out.
